Lost DUST 514 Promotion Codes from Fanfest 2013

Hello, I purchased Fanfest 2013 HD Live Stream ticket. Upon the purchase, I was provided with an email with what I believe to be a promotion code that allows me to redeem DUST 514 Quafe dropsuits. Having only played EVE Online up until then, I discarded the email, thinking that I could receive the code/gain access to the code, via account management screen.

To my dismay, it appears that I can not locate the DUST 514 promotion code anywhere. Would it be possible if the email could be sent again with the relevant Promotion Code? As you can note from the system, I have not used my code yet.

I hope to hear from you soon. I recently bought PS3 and I am eager to try out these new promotion items.
