Study the net effect of pоrn in the ingame browser on the EVE Economy

Ladies and gentlemen, I have come to be greatly alarmed by a disturbing trend. Thousands of capsulers are losing their ships due to viewing pоrn in the IGB during fleets.

Often fleet members will link pоrn in fleet, alliance members link pоrn in teamspeak, hostiles link pоrn in local. This activity is everywhere.

Statistics gathered by an alliance application running in everyones IGB shows that 98% of fleet members will jump to a pоrngraphic link during an fleet fight. 30% of those fleet members ended up losing their ships! Is there a correlation? I THINK SO.

We even have awox alts in alliances that have captured members discussing and viewing porn on comms.

So, CCP should do a study to correlate pоrn in chat vs. ship kills

1. Someone links something on fleet chat.
2. Everyone clicks on the link. It happens to be porn.
3. People die in combat, just like in any fleet engagement.
Conclusion: Less porn will lead my alliance fleets to victory.

Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Just link them in local, not the fleet chat. If they start with it, initiate a counter-link-operation ("clo"). I'm sure having a CLO-Officer in fleet will soon be a standard doctrine Big smile
