Actually, I had a dream...IRL it went like this.
We had new POS setups, *remembers flogging horse thread(not the same as suggested, but not our current POS's), and they looked awesome. We also had "smart" guns that would target the same target but be slower than if they were manned. But while attacking the tower I had 20 supa's drop on me, and my cane diedSad...Something else significant happened too, but I can't remember it...Although it was pretty awesome.
So...CCP.....Any chance you will revise POS's?

This is one of those things where CCP has always said "we can't do this for technical reasons" but because of how many things like that are in the winter expansion, what it seems they meant was "we aren't doing this because there's no $ in it."

That would make the entire pos gunnery skill useless, as the tower would be doing it for you.

The guns are stupid because it needs the people whom put it up, to actualy defend their investment.

If you're corp, or alliance either:

A) Cant be botherd defending the pos

B) Dont have the numbers to defend you're pos

C) Have the numbers but noone wants to spend two weeks training Pos Gunnery

D) Have ****** CEO's/Directors that setup a pos but dont set it up to allow you to use the guns

E) Makes posts on forums wanting the game to be turned into EZ mode similar to wow.

F) I bet that thing you cant remember is you're Corp/Alliance mates diddnt put Stront in the tower, did they?

Then its kinda obvious you're not ready, or shouldent be putting up towers unless you like loosing money?

err...I was actually serious.....And I agree with what you have stated, though you seem to have missed the point..
I had a dream (A REAL DREAM, yes I play eve too much) with a POS that was self shooting, im not saying its a good idea, by any means... im not here to ***** about how hard eve is...in fact I rather was hoping CCP would be interested in changing POS's seeing as how they are fixing everything else....Also note, I didn't imply that we should have automated guns, but that we SHOULD have good looking POS's.
