1B loan Request, Fully Collateralized

I have recently resumed playing EVE and have been trading quite successfully. I am looking for a 1Billion ISK one month loan at 3.5% interest to be repaid with principal and interest during the first full week of next month .

Collateral is liquid, likely to appreciate, and located in Jita 4/4. Precise valuation of collateral is negotiable. Loan will be used to maintain ISK reserves during a period of high volume trading. Along with the loan, I would also like to reserve the option to fill another 1Billion ISK loan with the same issuer at the same terms during any time in the next two weeks, also fully collateralized.

ATM I have about 23B sitting unused in my wallet, as long as you have >= 110% collateral to cover the amount, you can take as much as you want.
