My current corp Relentless Grind [GRRND] has 8+ standings with the following corporations (links go to station lists):

* Thukker Mix (9.96)
* Sisters of EVE (8.69)
* Brutor Tribe (8.64)
* Republic Security Services (8.57)
* Ishukone Corporation (8.16)
* Trust Partners (8.03)
* Caldari Business Tribunal (8.01)
* Chemal Tech (8.01)

Between these 8 corporations, you will be able to create jump clones in every low sec and high sec region of EVE, plus Pure Blind, Great Wildlands, Syndicate, and Outer Ring. There are more than 100 stations to choose from.

The corp has no war history or other blotches on its record.

You join corp, transfer ISK, and I make you CEO. I'll drop as soon as roles expire.

I am pretty sure corp standings are an average of all corp members. So as soon as you leave corp the NPC standings will reset to 0 after 7 days.

That is incorrect. As long as no one with standings to any of those 8 corporations joins the corp and then stays for 7 days, all standings will remain the same. This is exactly the same as POS standings corporations. Characters with a standing of 0 aren't averaged into the total standings.
