CCP might go overboard with the nerfing making everything but the minmatar bc thrasher worth flying. I'm not sure if i am going to bother holding my figures and ill come back when they post some stats that will be final

For those without the cap building ability of 0.0 this is a breakout ship that they can train and actually damage capital ships significantly.

The Oracle looks really good with four turret hard points... what if it got a 100% damage bonus to large energy turrets to keep it pretty? P

So let me get this straight, the Amarr Oracle does massive damage at mid to long range, but the new Gallente ship is a glass cannon blaster boat? Sigh Gallente get screwed again for anything BC that is actually practical in a fleet fight.

I love the design of this ship. So happy to see it find a place in EVE. Looking forward to the Tornado as well. I'm still on the fence with the Talos, but the design definitely makes me think of a bigger, blockier Deimos. Makes sense since it's the same idea but with bigger guns.

While I'm here, I wanted to ask if we might ever see the Naru-Kami by Baranha come to EVE (it won second place behind the Tornado). I love the detailed command bridge on that ship and everything else about it. Anyone else really like it and have a some ideas on what role it might fill?

I'm looking forward to flying the Oracle and Tornado. Unless the hybrid/ship changes make a huge difference, I can't see the Talos being any more popular than the Brutix/Deimos/Hyperion as you'd basically need to drop it right on something at 0. The caldari one may interest people who do anomalies/belts im guessing?

I'll definately be getting one of each to try them out though Blink

I imagine, that the weight distribution of the ship was designed in such a way that it would work, after all we can't see all the funky, flashy parts and lights and machineries that make that nifty piece of faith enforcing space ship work.

EDIT: besides all those nice little thruster in the upper half could just be there to enable better ship spinning, or did You see any other maneuver thrusters? Cool

At least the Oracle and the Tornado looks awesome, the Naga is so-so. Let's forget about the 4th one, seeing how it turned out and they sticking with that model makes my blood boil.

Reminds me of turrets of Portal, but I like it. Also, "Oracle" is much better name than "Mentor".

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

Sir, you officialy never fought against a Vigilant or Vindicator. Blasters may be weak, but once these Webbers get in Range you are in big trouble.

Talos with Web, Warp Disrupt, MWD and Cap Booster will **** your ass.

I already have a frigatte witth torps... it's faster, has greater range than any other existing torp boat and is nigh unhittable for any Battleship that won't use cruise or heavy missiles...

The Torp Ship may also suck, because no Bonus on Painters.

Just a Minor setback ^^ besides, You'd need all drone range increasing skills to level 5 AND a drone link augmentor to be able to send those ugly little buggers after me... sentries excluded those are really nasty. -.-

Of course a Drone Boat like the Dominix will just have two DLAs. But I'm also confident that I'll neve ever have to fight a dominix in my single poor little manticore (I'd try to cloak up or flee the scene until back up arrives). ^-^

If you engage me at this Range I simply warp out.

1 type of ship against another Bombers are kinda weak, you need Recons etc to effectively utilize your range.



But tbh, thats what I like at these new ships, they are kinda the same.

Still expensive, I bought my Stealth Bomber for 14m isk (w/o equipment of course), and that's a Frig with Torpedoes, Bomb Launcher AND CovOps device. True enough, it's a victim to other frigs and drone boats but I don't see a BC With large guns doing particularly much damage to frigs either. ^^
