POS BPs. Quick question.

Ran into a bit of a cash overlay and was looking for new revenue streams so I started trying to ROI the POS BPs. I noticed that there were few researched BPCs on the market and those there were were usually researched to 10 or so for no actual decrease in material cost. So are they new enough with the PI changes that there simply are not researched copies on the market (ran into this with the Noctis when I got back to Eve. 70ME was about all I found at a reasonable price) or is it due to the low quantities of the materials research yields little or no benefit?

Material Efficiency research on POS modules is unnecessary, as all components are 'extra' materials which are not affected by ME level.

PE is also not really an issue because POS modules don't have high sale numbers.
