QA Cyno Generator on station?

With Moveme occasionally down and cyno's needed for capital to jump in when moveme is down.. Any chance some sort of QA cyno generator visible to all players could be implemented into sisi in 6-C?

Great idea for moving capitals when moveme is not functioning, takes a bit of load off the CCP resources.

Unfortunately I don't know of any easy way to make a cyno available to players outside a given fleet / alliance.

How about creating an NPC fleet join up or some type of fleet open to all members than can join and leave at anytime? This would allow a cyno beacon of sorts to be establised?

Then don't do it outside of a fleet.

I think we already have that capability with setting fleet join standings and the fleet finder:

  1. Make a fleet open to all.
  2. Set the fleet advert
  3. Dev char boards an industrial with a hold full of cyno juice (a/k/a "liquid ozone")
  4. Undock
  5. Set module to auto-repeat
  6. Light cyno


Am I overlooking something?

It is easier to run moveme, if we would need to a dev char to be online.
