18M SP Looking for a PVE indy corp

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a casual friendly indy/mining corp (good size >20+ members) that has safe access to low sec for some group mining ops/PE and maybe a POS for reaserch. I have 18 M SP and can fly a Hulk, transport ships and can do some T2 manu. Access to Gall missions is preferred (but not required). I usually do not play everyday (although there are stretches that I do) and have a mic...but voice is usually difficult with my kids running around the house.... Anyways if I sound like a good fit for your corp let me know

Evening Exactive. I will start off by saying I don't have quite what your looking for in your requirements, however I have more.

We are a pretty laid back, 0.0 Mining Corp that Builds Capitals and other odds and ends. Mining Ops are all day every day when you are on (so no mandatory play times), and we pay you for the M3 you mine, not the value of the ore itself. (this allows you to mine when ever and not worry about the other guys ripping the ABC's out before you log on.) Basically you mine through the week. Put it in your designated hanger and come Saturday we pick up and payouts will come Sunday or Monday once the excess is sold and another payout about a week later when the ship is built and sold. Again, all based on the percentage of M3 you mine.

Example

1 Bill Payout and you mine .15 percent
Your payout is 150 million ISK for mining 15 percent of the weeks total Ore.
*** This is just a small example so you understand the process as we easily exceed and excel 1 Billion a week in payouts. Quadruple that really.

Our only requirements are:

1) Be Competent
2) Fly a Hulk or training into one
3) Be able to use TS3 and have at least a head set to hear us (though we wouldn't mind you talking either)
4) Be Willing to learn what you dont know already about life in 0.0
