Data Package Unavailalbe - Tranquility

I am trying to log into TQ, and I get the error "Data Package Unavailable", upon further digging and trying to repair my installation, I see that the downloader is trying to hit: http://cdn1.eveonline.com/529690/RepairData_529690.dat the most recent patch file.. problem is, your server's Microsoft Forefront TMG protocol is blocking that file because it is larger than 1000MB. Please fix this so we can patch the client, it should be a simple TMG update by your administrators.
