Shut up honestly. We may have our polite disagreements but if your going to be all 'I told you so" the day of the death of someone you deserve what you get.

If you can't have some respect for you enemies then I can't have respect for you.

Darkness is more then absence of light, it is ignorance and corruption. I will be the Bulwark from such things that you may live in the light. Pray so my arms do not grow weary and my footing remain sure.

No disrespect to anyone was intended.

However, I do think that it's important that a full and independent investigation into her treatment takes place (and takes place quickly) as I'm sure that many people have suspicions over what actually happened.

In which case you would appear to be defective in your ability to judge what is and is not disrespectful.

That sentiment would be more believable if you didn't immediately follow it up with another veiled insult.

How about we focus instead on the matter at hand instead of pointless bickering and resulting chastisement here on out?

Indeed enough about your bosom buddy, you all should be checking the Scope to see how the Republic is choosing to discuss the issue with their Federal friends.

This is truly a day of great sadness.

Without your presence, I fear the Republic will continue to suffer under the misguided leadership of warmongering buffoons. In dire days, you managed to keep sight of the future and the well being of not just the group but also the individual. Managed to keep Matari safe and prosper, even with thieves calling themselves heroes.

You are a chief without equal. May the spirits guide you on.

I offer my deepest condolences to the Sebiestor Tribe and the Matari who supported her.

I truly miss the days of her term as Prime Minister. It seems she was one of the rare few Minmatar who realized that a lasting peace with the Empire was in the best interests of her people and the cluster at large. Furthermore, she was one of the fewer still who had the courage to curb the short-sighted warmongers of the Republic. Those foul elements may have succeeded in ousting her from office and doing away with her efforts to establish a better New Eden for all, but at least the hope of peace remained alive so long as she did.

Now she lies dead, slain for an unknown reason by an unknown assassin. She deserved better than this, both from fate and from her Republic. I mourn her passing not only for the loss of a noble person, but for the loss of peace itself.

Do not make her death a vain one, people of Matar. Realize what she stood for, end the war, and live your lives as she meant you to. If you do not, then I daresay an Imperial will have paid more respect to her memory than you did.

All our Walks must end, in some way.

That a Ray of Matar would end in such a fashion is an ill omen. Such marks should make for a better ending.

A loss to the Matari and the Sebiestor.

Well that's unfortunate.

Midular, Foiritain, Gariushi and the Emperors Heideran and Doriam, all made efforts towards peaceful co-existence of the peoples of the world. And now they're all gone, the more aggressive voices remain.

And who now will oppose them ?

I cannot properly share in the pain that many of my friends are going through now, but I still offer my condolences in this difficult time. I pray that cool heads and logic will prevail and that Midular's words and actions will guide those of her people in the coming days.

The Mother weeps
For all of her lost children
She sings so that they may hear her voice,
That they may listen and find their way home to her.
She prays to hear their voices once more
Waits for their safe return
Even though she knows there is one she will not see.

The Father never sleeps
Always lighting the way home
He shines, a beacon in the night
So that his lost children will know they are not far away.
He waits, counting as they arrive.
But try as he might,
He knows in his heart that the number is not right.

But even though the Mother still weeps
She continues her song.
And though the Father never sleeps
His light shines on.
It is all they can do, even though they know
One of their lost children will not come Home tonight.

My condolences. Let's hope the Feds finally pull their heads out of their collective asses and release all the pertinent details to the Sebiestor Tribe in a right quick manner. Of course, that's probably expecting too much from the bastards.

This is neither the time nor the place. Shame upon you both.
