I tried cancelling it, but it didn't like it. Now I appear to be training two skills simultaneously. Petition is in, ofc.

Yep, as far as I can tell, I am actually training Cap Shield Emissions now. It probably fixed itself at DT. Smile

I would hate to see level 9 skills, beacuse there are a few that would just be insane due to ship bonuses or they were a lazy change to a blanace issue.

But ignoring that, funny bug.
