Minimum requirements are:

Cruise Missiles Spec V
Cyber V
Caldari BS V

Basics @ IV is alright as long as the above skills are in order.


That is all. Offering 10B for a suitable pilot.

I know it's uncommon for someone to actively pursue Cruise Missiles these days... But, there must be at least one!

A very nice character indeed. Almost exactly what I was looking for. I will give it a couple more days to make my decision. Lets see if something better comes along =)

Also, make sure you follow the forum rules and include that your sec status is -9.59... That is most definitely a deal breaker to most.
