Ship Won't Spin in Station

I just came back to the game today. For some reason, I can not spin the view of my ship while in station. I can spin it in the fitting window and while in space. But not in the station itself. Did I gaffe some setting or other that prevents this?

Click on the options button on the EVE launcher (spanner and screw driver icon), then go to the 'EVE Client Settings' tab and click both the ''Clear" buttons. If it is a setting that's causing your problem then that should fix it.
