Ends: 5/6/2013 @ 05:30 EVE time
Range: 1-500 (found by Random Number Generator at end of lottery)
Multiple: 1 million ISK = 1
Prize: 1x Gnosis and 75% of the pot!

WINNER: Varrius Durmire with a bet of 21 million isk!! Congrats! He had the highest bet, meaning he had any number that fell between 21-500! Every one else bet lower amounts.

Last contest winner: Herrmann Cherusci won the 15-minute lottery with a guess of 3mil ISK to win over 51mil ISK! Congrats!

TL;DR:
Between the times above, send a multiple of 1 million (up to 500 million) to Mercer County and guess where the random number generator will land between 1 and 500. If you are closest, you win a Gnosis and 75% of the pot! (Example: sending 34 million means you guess the number 34)
Guess low, maybe it'll land low! But, if it lands higher than you guessed, and your friend guessed higher than you...


Rules and Regulations for 1-hr lotteries:
1. The lottery begins at 04:30 EVE Time and concludes at 05:30 EVE time.
Winner determined by random number generator (RNG).
2. All entries must be submitted to Mercer County. Any amounts sent to the corporation are considered donation.
3. No toon is allowed to win twice in a 24 hr period for the 1-hr Pot lotteries, when applicable.
4. The pot will consist of all ISK given during the timed duration.
5. All ISK sent before and after the event will be treated as donation. EVEmail Mercer County if you send in error.
6. In the event of a tie, the pot is split evenly between all involved parties.
