Played with one on the test server. Was not impressed.

It had something to do with incursion OTAs, although it's completely unnecessary for their completion.

Sadly, I anticipate it sitting in my hangar for several years collecting dust. Perhaps if, at some point, the price goes over 1 bil (hey, it could happen eventually), I'll offload the thing. Call it an investment. Plus, I have no desire to fly such an ugly ship.

I plan to PvP with a few of mine and put a couple away for a rainy day. The cool thing about it is you can fit it for tank and.dps.

I believe it is one ship per account, if so, I will keep one and fly (lose) one.

This is not a signature.

The SoCT's Gnosis-class cruiser is typically used as an exploration, research or training vessel and is well equipped for such activities. It is even better prepared, however, to guard such tasks from interruption and sabotage.

Although The Society generally frowns upon violent behavior, extreme (and often, extremely violent) methods are taken to protect its own vessels and the secrets they may carry.

This mission of acquiring, deepening and sharing knowledge is key to the philosophy of the SoCT, and one well-served by the capable and fearsome Gnosis.

Sadly I envision these 1 time only ships being handed out liberally as buddy rewards in the not to distant future.

Well you can get a 5-run blueprint copy for the Gnosis with the Collector's Edition so it's already not a 1-time ship.

nope.

you get a 5 run bpc with the CE.

and once those are sold out.....

BPC, so still a limited supply of them

so you buy another CE.

it's a CE not an LE.

Correct....
I'm guessing that means those of us who bought the CE will get our "gift" ship and the 5 run BPC as well.
at one per account, that means I'll have a few of them, not counting my son's account.

Don't mistake fact for arrogance, supposition for fact, or disagreement for dismissal. Perception is unique in that it can be shared or singular. Run with the pack if you wish, but think for yourself. A sandwich can be a great motivator.

It is SoCT.
And the Society of Conscious Thought are a Jovian corporation.

It could be argued that, like ORE, the SoCT are seperate enough to be treated as independent... but it can also be argued that the Barges and Exhumers are Gallente.

The Society of Conscious Thought is a Jovian non-corporate entity.

I think the Gnosis will actually be flown. Especially since the Collector's Edition package will be coming with a 5 run BPC, so it won't be all that rare in the long run. And btw... I thought CCP said the 6th for the Gnosis?
