War Target Only Overview is impossible

I heard that it was currently impossible to have an overview with only war targets on it. So I decided to see for myself and sat outside Jita 4-4 with war targets around trying to figure it out.

Sure enough, unless you have "Pilot has no standing" checked your war targets will not show up. The game ignores the fact that you have "Pilot is at war with your corp/alliance" turned on.

The only way to filter out all the ships that don't matter in a crowded system is to turn off the No Standings state, but we need that to see war targets. Please fix this CCP, we shouldn't have to set every war target to 0, -5 or -10 just to get the filter to work.

You could filter it a bit (potentially completely) by setting all war target corps and alliances to a particular standing setting and only showing that standing on the overview.

But I think this is a problem and should be resolved. The overview should be able to show any type you want at the exclusion of any/all others.
