All the feedback in this thread sure counts for something when you report the negative posts and get them modded out. Yep.

We get a few service-related comments as to poor service received from time to time. But this is a thread about Push Industries, so we like to keep the comments revolving around that.

Need stuff moved? Push Industries will handle it. Serving highsec, lowsec and nullsec - and we do it faster and more reliably than anyone else. Ingame channel: PUSHX

Used PushX for multiple courier contracts. Both in system, and 20+ jumps. Even with special conditions like assembled containers or large size, delivery was on time, or early. Will be using for all of my large freight for the foreseeable future. Thanks PushX!

I just used the service, it was quick but not the best service ever.

I used their website for a quote. It was 11,000,000 isk for normal service and 44,000,000 for rush service. I assumed normal was 3 days and rush was one. After reading these posts it looks like it doesn't really matter what I choose because it will come in 12 hours. I joined their public chat to see if anyone could help me with this, no one was there (granted it was 2AM EST then) so I just choose the rush delivery because I didn't want to wait 3 days.

I stayed on an hour after I sent the contract. I never received an ETA or any kind of message saying my contract was accepted/declined. I woke up today and received a message saying it was delivered.

The service was fast but I think it could get even better. I will probably use the service again but have learned from my mistakes this time.

p.s. I just joined the public chat channel and no one is on there again.

Heya guys, even though our ingame channel sometimes looks empty, for most of the time there is someone online there.

We send pickup mails after we start to move your cargo, so we can estimate a delivery time. When there are less pilots online, or our queue is slightly longer, it takes longer till we start your contract. By the way, we have survived the Burn Jita 2 event, and are moving the highsec contracts even faster than before.

As an addendum to my first review:

Yesterday, I assigned over 180 contracts to these folks. All full loads, all 1b collateral.

Long before I woke up this morning, they were all delivered.

They are long past any growing pains and well into being a strong and professional organization whom I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Just as a further update:

Today I began assigning another coupla hundred contracts to these gents. When I made it to 30 contracts, 3 of them convoed me in a panic informing me that it would not be possible to complete the contracts within the 1 day timeframe on them.

At first they suggested lowering it to 10 contracts due to a lack of manpower, but after lowering it they said it would still require 3 days.

They still seem to be doing marvelously with "rush service" pricing - I sent 20-40 of those per day their way during Burn Jita and they stayed quite responsive.

So, these days perhaps best for smaller quantities of contracts needing fast response times than bulk shipping. Still a friendly bunch of guys, though - it may just be a growing pain.

It wasn't hard to achieve, when they were not handling any jobs around Jita...
Besides - anyone can look at statistics and number of jobs completed each day (it's also showing that if you posted 40 jobs daily for them, you were the only customer or sometimes even above their numbers of completed jobs :)

I've used them 5 times for high-sec hauling so far and most of the time, the service was quick and friendly.

One time it took almost the full three days for no apparent reason, but other than that, it was always within 24h, even for normal service.

Overall very satisfied and I will use them again.

Hello, my name is Porkita!

I would like to (re-)introduce myself to you. I have been one of the Top 6 Pushers at your service in 2012. I had to take an unfortunate break from EVE around May last year, but I'm back in EVE since a week and some more and back in Push.

I'm happy to see, that Push is still serving your couriers for almost one year and half, despite all who said we would not survive. Push has been going through many changes and challenges in that time, which they mastered, no matter the difficulties. In this year I was gone, new tools was introduced, an "intelligent" calculator makes your planning easier than ever before, a website gives you almost every information when you need it and we have matured to a corporation that has proven itself and is trusted by so many.

In that time, one thing never changed: Everyone is still doing their best to serve your couriers as fast as possible!

I was surprised, that many was still remembering me. It was always my personal concern, that you are satisfied with my service and our service as Push in general. In a harsh world like EVE, where many things are never like they are promised, on one thing however you should be able to depend on, always: To have your goods where you need them, when you need them!

With all the automation that happened in the last year, with queue tools, calculators etc., one could get a wrong impession. So I would like to remind you, that your concerns are still our concerns and we have always an open ear. Just contact the Pusher or the Push Executive that you trust, if there is some issue with your couriers and we will do our best to solve it.

There's also always one of us in our PushX channel for whatever you might need. (the member list is not shown with 50+ people, but we are there).

Personally, I'm just happy to be back and bring you great delivery times :)

Your Porkita

10/10 would use again. I put up a rush contract for my FW cashout to try and hit a particular item before the market for it was crashed. Porkita accepted the contract as soon as it was posted in the PushX channel and delivered it a mere 30-45 minutes later. Not only that, but he stuck around a few extra minutes in the system where I was doing the conversion and picked up the return contract! Great service considering I had nearly 5b ISK of cashout done in less than 3 hours. I was a Red Frog user before this, but I think you all just earned yourselves a convert!

Hi Starr FFox we've just had a bit of a management reshuffle, and as such recruitment was put on temporary hold, but recruitment will be resuming again soon. Join ingame channel Push HR and get in touch with a recruiter.

This is a good and needed service.

There were some posts awhile back asking why use this and not the public contracts.

Public contracts are like bid orders on courier contracts, except it's hard to see where you stand in relation to the other bidders, so you wait and wait not knowing if you're not paying enough or what. I've had <860k <1b hisec 500k/jump public contracts expire after 3 days... I assume because they were out of the way or maybe other people were paying more.

Push and Red Frog are like ask orders... and Push has 500k isked Red Frog, so Push gets all my contracts.

Entropic Dooom: get paid to kill people! Revenue paid out weighted by destruction. Guaranteed 100M isk total weekly payout. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3108383

great fast and actually cheap service (cheapest i found yet). What I particularily like is the depth of the customization and options available. You can pick through collateral location and size, and up to 4 times cheaper and faster than the most well known competitor (hint hint). They also send messages when they accept the contract, which is really not needed since they do it in less than 12 hours even to lowsec.

Thanks guys

We apologize, if you had any couriers expiring throughout eve's unexpected downtime. Many of our pilots was unable to reach the eve servers for more than 24 hours and had frequent disconnects even before problems started for other players (it was dependent on geographic location).

In case your couriers expired, please re-issue them with a notice in the description and we will try our best to prioritize them.

We are working towards clearing our backlog as fast as possible and apologize for any delays that might occured during this downtime. Our queue status can be seen here for Push and Micropush couriers. If you need to know where exactly your couriers are in the queue, feel free to ask us in our PushX channel.

Rush couriers are unaffected, they are always in front of the queue and expected to be delivered without delays.

Please re-issue new couriers with a larger expiration date for today, since we expect a larger downtime tomorrow/soon for the upcoming patch too, just in case everything goes wrong or CCP moves the deploying of the patch further back.

If you have any questions, we are happy to answer them in our PushX ingame channel. Please watch our MOTD for any updates.

There is no need to move stuff, because now you can push it!
