Wow! I had one.........

My brother used to call it the "Crunchy Big Wheel" He was about 3 at the time, i was 8. He called it that because that plastic wheel would grind and grind on the sand on a sidewalk. So it had this crunching sound.

Okay, seeing as we're all aboard the nostalgia train....... how about these two gems? My brother and i played for hours on end with these,

Tinker Toys

Lincoln Logs

We used to have this disc gun shooty thing that fired disc like projectiles that used advanced aerodynamics and even more advanced anti gravitational coatings on the discs to allow for some fairly decent across the living room shooting - sofas (castles) and armchairs (forts) are such fun as a kid.

Anyway - we went for the eyes..... THE EYES.

you guys are old.P

i don't remember being severely disappointed with any of my toys. i do remember having a barbie that you could cut and style its hair and when you got tired of one style you could pull the hair out longer and make another one. well...my brother (who is old now like you all...lol i'm sorry) he got hold of it one day and BAM! my barbie became sinéad o'connor in about 20 seconds.

that was somewhat disappointing. but by this time i had become used to my sibling decapitating my dolls having their heads crudely shoved back on top of neck stumps by my dad. they were never quite the same after dad did "plastic surgery" work on them. Sad
