I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

If there is no limitation to kill right prices (Id still be mad for 50m but not as much as for 500m of course) then this is an invitation for scammers - a new and very lucrative opportunity.

I want to just play this game and not check on every single thing I do if I am screwed with some game mechanic I am not fully aware of.

PvP wasn't happening until *after* you derped accept on 500,000,000 isk kill rights.

It seems that I have now been made aware of the fact that the OP is in breach of previously enshired Standards and/or Practices, as codifed within recent documentation.
