Eve connect issues -Wireshark - requests denied by Server

Launcher shows server status OK
Client shows status 'Unknown'

it looks like I can connect only at random times --- CCP did not answer to my help request till now

From Wireshark trace it looks like CCP rejects my client :-(
What do you think? Any hints?
