Ejecting 1000 shuttles.

I heard this was a bannable offense.....

If I take a freighter or orca and fill it with a thousand shuttles, I heard if you jettison them, they will assemble in space and create a thousand empty shuttles in space. Causing lag. Therefore bannable.

Confirm or deny?

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

I heard someone else saying they were going to try this....... I never saw them again.

Well I did some small scale testing on an orca. Apparently you can load up the main cargo bay with shuttles. Assemble ships. Put them in the Ship Matainence Bay and then launch them. I suppose if you had a 1000 shuttles, you could quickly go through the process of launching them all. I guess the question is that bannable?

Last I tried it, Jettisoning a ship from your cargohold assembled it in space.

Right Click Stack > Jettison with a freighter could get you something like 1900 Shuttles in space all at once.

Freighters no longer drop assembled ships, people are kind of mad about this and the same happening for pos maintenance bays. Really want to **** off some freighter suicide gankers, salvage the freighter wreck before they can loot it and anything bigger than the capacity of a jet can will poof =)

Have a legitimate reason to do so and you won't have problems. You could call it Burn Jita 2.5:Flight of a Thousand Shuttles.
