something i need to ask do i need to have Starbase Charters with a corp that has standing of 9+ with a faction? for Pos in High sec

Yes, you need Starbase Charters if you want to run a POS in hi-sec.

Yes. Can you not read if the starbase says it requires x starbase charter's in empire then why would you be an exception?

As others have said, you need the starbase charters for high sec POS, no matter what your standings are with that faction. Need the specific charter for the faction's space you're in.

If I recall correctly, you need charters for a pos anchored in a .4 sec system as well.

NehSmile, that's standing. From 0.3 standing with the empire factions no longer matters if you can or cannot raise a pos.

You need:
* Corp standing 7.0 or higher with the sovereign faction in 0.7 security space to anchor a control tower
* Corp standing 6.0 or higher with the sovereign faction in 0.6 security space to anchor a control tower
* Corp standing 5.0 or higher with the sovereign faction in 0.5 security space to anchor a control tower
You cannot anchor a control tower in above 0.7 security space.

You do not need standing nor charters below 0.5 security space.

You need one (1) charter for the sovereign faction in your cargohold to anchor the control tower. It is not consumed.

You need one (1) charter for the sovereign faction per hour to fuel the control tower. A control tower in hisec can hold 699 hours of fuel + 699 hours of charters.

Once the control tower is anchored, standing no longer matters.
