Collector's edition Dust codes

Hello again,
For those of you who do not play Dust, but purchase the collector's edition, I am willing to purchase (for isks only) 3 or 4 complete sets of codes for the Dust dropsuits and the pre-order bonus drop-link as I wish to give them to my son and a couple of friends who have been helpful to me in the game.

the items the code covers for dust are the following permanent items:

Amarr Drop Uplink (pre-purchase)
Amarr "Templar" Assault Dropsuit
Amarr "Templar" Logistics Dropsuit
Amarr "Templar" Heavy Dropsuit
Amarr Scrambler Pistol
Amarr Scrambler Assault Rifle
Amarr Laser Rifle

It is my understanding that there is also a mystery code for both Dust and EvE, I would like the Dust Mystery code as well, but not the EvE one obviously.

Please feel free to contact me on the 7th, or beforehand if you are willing to part with the codes and let me know what you are wanting for them.

I'm willing to also go through a 3rd party such as Chribba (if he wouldn't mind) to hold the escrow for those of you who don't know me, or I am willing to deal with someone directly if you know me well enough to know that my word is good, what i cannot do (unless I've dealt with you before) is pay for the codes up front without some guarantee that the code I am given is a valid code.

nothing personal against anyone, but a couple of the dust codes for the Quafe suits were reported to have already been redeemed by the folks I gave them to.

Thank you all in advance.

Don't mistake fact for arrogance, supposition for fact, or disagreement for dismissal. Perception is unique in that it can be shared or singular. Run with the pack if you wish, but think for yourself. A sandwich can be a great motivator.

Gonna be an expensive proposition for you, especially the mystery code.

Why not make your son work for it? Will make him value the loots more than just being given them. I mean, he has til October to get the money anyway.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Oh he will work for them, in as much as he already does things for his mom and I to help here, for my friends, they are going to just be a gift, but I'd like to have him be able to roll out with the new suit when I do as we trounce our adversaries on the battlefield... *wink*

shouldn't be too bad cost-wise really, if you count drop-suit costs for Blueprints at the Aurum vs isks value, then double them for the "special nature" of the item, it's easy to come to a reasonable price for them.

after a day of shooting people in the face and getting shot in the face, I came here for a small bump.
I even got to be in 3 battles where one of our corp's squads(with me in it) were against another of our corp's squads(with my son in it) in the same battle and we all laughed so hard at each other that we sometimes had trouble fighting each other :P

Especially when I could hear him in the room next to me hollering when he got killed and he could hear me when i did.

it was a blast!!!

I'm kinda at a loss here...

I purchased the 2nd decade collectors edition, got a pdf promo code.

it instructed me to go to the site, and follow the "online instructions".

But I already have dust, which was the only instruction to do "get the game button"

Am I missing something? where is this code entry area?

thanks...also bump since its not quite a sell offer but might be... :)

You get the pre-order codes now, for both Dust and EVE within the PDF (at the right top).
So you get the Amarr Drop Uplink on Dust and the Nefantar Thrasher on EVE if you redeem the keys individually.

Once the CE is actually released, you most likely get the other item redeem codes within the CE itself on paper.

To redeem the codes, for EVE you go to www.eveonline.com/activate
And for Dust you go to www.dust514.com/user

This is correct even though it's not quite the information CCP originally gave me.
I was originally told:

Hi there.

Thank you for your petition.
We are delighted to inform you that all Dust Digital Items will be redeemable at once in one single code.

If you have any further issues, or questions regarding DUST 514, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Best Regards,

I have since been informed as follows on 5-8-2013:

(quote)
I can see that only the 'Amarr Drop Unlink' has currently been allocated and I will have to apologise for the misleading information provided to you in the previous email as only the pre-order bonus digital items are available on the 7th May 2013 ('Amarr Drop Unlink' in DUST 514 and “Nefantar Thrasher” in EVE Online).

All other digital items included in the EVE Online 10th Anniversary Collector Edition will be available at a later that has not yet been confirmed I am afraid.
(end quote)

I would also like to point out that there is a massive difference between the value of isks in Dust and the value of isks in EvE, *300 million isks in Dust is equal to 16.5 billion isks in EvE, so 55m isks in Dust is the equivalent of 1b isks in EvE, if folks are expecting me to pay 8 or 900m for the droplink code just because the thrasher is going for that, I won't be, the two items are both quite different and not near the same value in their respective domains.

* the article stating that can be found at: http://themittani.com/news/dust-pro-loses-300m-pfbh

I will of course be willing to entertain reasonable sell offers for the droplink code now and the suits and guns later on when they are released.

Thanks everyone.

The mods don't seem to have any issue with these type threads as long as the forum rules aren't broken.
