As it says on the Title

Requirments:

Arrow Must be focused on sub cap skills (no interest Cap skills at the moment)

Arrow Must have almost no wasted skill points (Like it says on the title)

Arrow Perfect Armor/Shield skills

Arrow Good T3 Skills

Arrow Good Gunnery/Missile skills


I am willing to spend a little more if more skills have been trained to a higher degree.


Thanks for reading. I am open to PMs in game aswell.
