Reds/Oranges not showing in Local

As title says. I can see light/dark blues in local, but red/oranges don't display as Red/Orange in local. While this isn't much of a problem since neutrals in nulsec probably want to kill you, this proves really annoying in high sec where I can't see war targets.

Any ideas?

I've already cleared my cache in an attempt to fix it, but that didn't help.
Also tried repair tool, similarly didn't help.

This should be based on your standings settings both with the individual entities and in your overview settings. Maybe your color tags got reset. Also, they changed the functionality of color tags to prefer personal standings instead of preferring alliance standings, though I doubt that would have such a complete effect on you. I'd check color tag settings in your overview first.
