Test Server problem log in. Incorrect Username/Password

I tried to log in, but I think I have to mail CCP to change password? I just need to make sure, because I'm sort of confused on this. I need to activate AND mail CCP to change password? Or that's for the "Your account is disabled" if you did not activate it. Say if my account is already activated but I forgot the normal password The incorrect Username /Password will still show up right? In fact I don't remember changing my password once.

your account is too young. you were not on this game before the last mirror was taken. your account will not be on the test server until the next mirror which would be 3-4 month
