Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I'm having a repeatable bug that is pretty annoying and my petition seems to be ignored, but thats not why I'm posting.

anyone know a work around for this so I can keep using the same basic plan?

I transfer 12000 of each mat into the import station and then pay the fee to import all 4 sets to the planet. Right away 1 set vanishes. The factories feeding off of the launchpad start working and have the second load ready to go, however the set of goods being used has vanished. The other three sets are sitting in the launchpad and I transfer them to my storage where the other factories are being fed. They start working and have the backup load as well. The goods vanish as well.
This is on Vylade on the second planet.
It worked last week when I was doing the same thing, I can't recall if a patch was rolled out or anything like that but its not working now.
