There is a strange aura over your avatar, but I guess that's the intention. It's like colours and life has been drained only leaving an ice cold lady behind. I like it, but the haircolour is a bit bad tbh and the background isn't that good. The eyeshadow is a bit out of place as well, try with another one and you should try with another pose instead.

That's some overdone avatar... but it looks kinda surreal, like something Dali would drop on a sketchboard while waiting for the bus. Specially the mouth is a killer... So will say 8/10.

Realistic look, body that doesn't look like it was designed by a teenage boy. My only gripe is that the lighting does not fit the background - it is direct and the background lighting is angled. That kills the realism of the image.

I'd say 9/10.

I absolutely love the expression and the design of the character overall. I'm not a major fan of the lighting, part of me says it works but part of me doesn't. 9/10

I like the face + expression, but the colors are just so bright. I feel like slightly more muted colors + a more colorful background would work a little better but that's just me. I'd say 8-8.5/10.

Regarding the lighting I used for Akirei, I find bright lighting makes an avatar's skin look like plastic. Real skin diffuses light, it doesn't reflect it unless the skin is really oily, and even then only to a degree.

Taking a naturally bright light source, turning its intensity WAY down, and then using one of the muted, single source settings makes skin look more natural. It's what I did for Akirei and the results are pretty decent IMO, the only limitation is you can't have strong lighting and a natural looking avatar.

Seriously though, I love it. One of those ones that just works all-around. The pose itself is probably my favorite part though. It's kinda hard to explain. It's got that cute, yet hard edge to it. Also, you have impeccable taste in hairstyles :p

@ Nometh: The face and character design is pretty decent, but the background doesn't fit in my opinion.
Your character looks like a shady, violent thug, yet he is standing in front of the "Baywatch" background that usually only works with bleached blond space barbies.
As much as I hate to see "yet another gray concrete wall" as the generic background of 90% of the avatars, I think in your case it would fit much better.

Graygor is still a fabulous sugar-daddy. Nothing to see here, move along. I hate the shades selection in the game but in this case it's probably for the better. 'I have to wear these, otherwise you'll be dazzled by my brilliant eyes'.

8/10, it's difficult to get a wide shot that carries any real expression due to the limited posing options.
