I have no idea what parameters to use to search this question, though I'm sure it's been asked, but if I have a character with a name, and I delete him, can I create a new character with the same name?

This character has no negative standings or anything, so I'm not exploiting. Additionally, the character in question is currently a same-account alt, and I'm interested in using the name for a main on a new account (if that means anything).

I know name rules are wonky (though this is for a good reason), so thanks in advance for the answers.

Absolutely no idea, but it's very easy to test:
Create a third toon, delete him, try to recreate the same name. If you are using all three slots, create a trial account.

You can instantly create a character with the same name after biomassing a character.

At least, I never had problems doing that. Done it several times (I have some placeholder name alts).

Correct, you can remake a char with the same name right away.

Confirming a character's name is available again after biomassing (I did this with an alt just recently).
