From uncomfirmed sources i got the price for it: 4-6 bill

Would be cool if someone would doublecheck it :)

Also never forget highsec miners: No permit, no mining, no rare implants ;)

They were no longer seeded as they were broken IIRC.

They don't seem that broken to me.... but perhaps I don't fully realize the damage a 1% boost to standing gains has...

Broken in this case does not mean overpowered. Broken in this case means that they provide no bonus at all. From what few tipics I could find, they were pulled from the lp stores because they did not work. So yes it is a rare implant, but it is of value only to collectors and if plugged in, provides no benefit.

We are truely a caring bunch. Rather than agonize over the thought of lost ISK when he hits that "unplug" button, we've done it for him. It's a burden to bear, but we do so willingly for the love of Highsec.

Perhaps now he can install a tanking hardwire...
