I am going to need to take a loan in order to further my marketing. I am asking for 2 bil @ 8% per month for one month. I am going to be using this to buy more items to then flip for profit.

There will be no collateral given, but I have 1 bil in isk and 850mil in assets.

I will be willing to fill 1 bill for 850 mill in assets at 7 percent.

However, what is the collateral? We need to know if its even able to be liquidated on the market?

What are you planning to do with the 2 billion? What marketing is this for?

Can you make 160 million in 1 month on the invested capital? You have another 1 billion in capital which you can use. Thats about 3 billion in capital if this bond is filled, can you achieve a 5-6 percent return on that?

I have this odd feeling you might be legit... I am not going to touch your loan simply because it breaks my investment rules... I am however going to give you some free advice...

1.) Invest all of your isk in collateral. Stay away from capital ships, and invest in things that have small price history margins.. Basically things investors would not mind holding on to for longer periods of time.. or that is low risk for us to be burned on.

2.) Transfer all collateral to a third party, use chib, eat his fee and call it a day.

3.) Announce that you need a loan for 3b and that you have 2b in collateral held by chib master

4.) On the forums, set a time frame that you will return their investment, with options to reinvest profits.

5.) I dont care what golden gem you think you have found on the market 8% is a little to much. Investors are going to be very hesitant, that you have a low cost high profit loan requirement and most people are gonna bounce on that. I would hazard a guess that the majority of people that are real investors have burned on something like that at least a couple times, and are going to have some very good questions to ask you, if only because of our own mistakes. I digress.. 6% is enough of a return that you will find investors interest, and it wont be to just one person who has the isk and wants to eat your full 6%. Plus there leaves a margin for you to make isk for doing it. It makes us as investors feel safe that you wont suffer from burn out.

6.) Submit your API to your third party as well, and set terms of the release of the api, like if you miss a pay out, or go for a period with out logging in.

7.) Run **** legitly check and double check your numbers. If you do a good job you will never want for isk again to trade with. Set your pay outs, and be responsible... people will reinvest and you will go from 3b to 15b in a much shorter period of time then you would ever think.

8.) Legit investments are hard to come by, they are few and far between and as a result most investors have gotten burned more then they have gotten

Thank you for the advice, and I will take it all into consideration. I guess then for now this thread will be closed (how do I do that?), and I will open another when I have changed a few things.

Good advice, I am also glad that you have a set of rules when it comes to investing. Many investors don't and get greedy and emotional. You're right, most investors have gotten burned than they have gotten.

Don't ever spend 30 seconds writing up a request for a loan and expect others to believe you would be willing to work to repay your debt. It's obvious that :

A) This loan isn't very important to you which is why you didn't put much thought into it
B) You didn't do any research in this forum to observe how 1st time posters got loans filled in the past.

This single thread of yours has given any potential investors a really bad first impression of yourself.

I, personally, don't think you're legit. Good luck to you all the same though.

OP has been over in S&I asking questions to the effect of, "So, guys, how do I make money?"

Might have legit intentions, does not have legit ability.
