Sent in my petition. Code was accepted, said I should have something in the redeeming system next login. 12 hours and multiple logins later and there is nada in the system.

I want to see my pretty box next login CCP!

This happened to me - redeemed the code before going to work today, got all the confirmation messages that it would be there for me to redeem on my next login. Came home from work, logged in and... nothing.

I tried activating the code again and to my surprise I didn't get an invalid/"code already used message" – instead I got the same confirmation messages. I logged in, and this time I had an item to redeem. My thrasher is now safely in its hangar! Big smile


TLDR: if you don't have anything to redeem and you entered the code earlier, try entering the code again. In my case at least, it was like it just didn't register the first time I tried it (despite the confirmations).

Have you people tried clearing your cache? I have no idea if that'll help but it's usually suggested as the first fix to any problem.

here's what I did (worked first try)

1. went to the site that was in the attachment (eveonline.com/activate)
2. activated the code (WAS NOT LOGGED IN)
3. Clicked the big green "log in" button right below "hey, you'll get it next time you log in"
4. redirected to single-signon page
5. input login details
6. got sent back to a different page (white and grey, less pictures) re-confirming teh activation success
7. logged into EVE, see Thrasher in my redeemable items list (where it's staying til I'm back in my special loot hoard station)


From what a few people have said, seems that being logged in to the account management page it doesn't go through cleanly (i.e. you get the confirmation, but no stuff).

Reading your post, I realised this was the difference between my two attempts. This morning when I entered the code and got nothing to redeem, I was already logged into account management. This evening, when I tried again and got the item, I was not logged in when I entered the code.
