Brokers Fee Broke?

From what I gather, Brokers Relations V should mean my brokers fees are .75%. Yet, when I place a sell order, the sell window indicates my brokers fee is .9%, and also my wallet journal shows .9% being removed when I place the order.

What am I doing wrong?

Had brokers fee and tax backwards. I thought standings affected taxes.... doh!

Brokers fees are also affected by station corp and faction standings.
