In Osmon there is a corp that put up an effective salvage service. Wanted to give Pro Synergy a shout out for a great idea. I've seen a few independants come and go, but none as well set up as this and rarely in a corp.

I don't know what others do, but after a while salvage gets boring and it's just easier to leave it. Seems to be common from what I gather. With the service, it's nice to get the extra isk for practically no effort. I've been giving them salvage rights over my missions a few months now and they are pretty effective getting me back good number.. Hell, the CEO even has stats posted on the website on how using them earn you more isk per MINUTE than doing it on your own.

After you contract them, they salvage the loot, sell and split the goods then pay you. They have the whole process detailed out on thier site. Comes out to about 45% of the total hits my wallet after fees and split, but that's more than I would have gotten leaving it for ninjas.

Chat room is 'The Cleanup Crew'. Highly recommed.

Hope they expand, as I don't always mission in Osmon and I now miss the extra isk when I don't.

+1 for someone at least being enterprising.

Seconded.

Interesting idea, and I may use this service in the future.

I might be interested in this later on if they operate around Amarr space. I might get standings and mission a bit there when im Out-of-wormhole.

We used to have an office in Umokka but the Administrator there (the guy that recruits salvagers, gets customers, and most importantly sorts, reprocesses, hauls, sells the loot and pays everyone from that office) stopped playing because of RL issues, so we had to close the office :(

If anyone here is interested in expanding our business to other systems, has perfect reprocessing skills, a freighter, an entrepreneurial mind (yes, I had to google it), and wants to provide a great service please let us know! We're always looking for good Administrators

Ability to run lvl4 missions + salvaging would help but not required for Admins.

Thank you all for your good wishes

Nice to see fellow salvage experts making a bit of a mark in the 'verse, we've had a few tries at "going commercial" and that was the Great Plan back in the beginning... but just ended up hanging round the wrecks channel or getting lucky local chatter in systems we were in anyway. And exploring, and missioning, and getting distracted by shiny things...

Lots of time needed, lots of paperwork to do to make it work - but keep it up chaps, you got yourselves a nice niche market by the looks of it.

Unfortunately they don't have people to do job and accept contract only in one office in one system.

Amatuers. Big smile

This has the potential for hilarity once these guys turn to the Right and True Path of the Salvager.
