Hi,

as said in the topic i want to buy a nice and cosy WH with static Hi (C2/C1).

- only empty systems or your currently settled hole you want to move out of

- no caps needed, but carrier can be discussed if price is right.

- PI doesn´t matter

- effects do not matter, pulsar or cataclysmic preferred though
