Pirate battlecruisers and battleships ideas

Pirate Battlecruisers

Angel ............ 7-6-5 (6 turrets)... 25% ROF ....10% damage 7.5% falloff .... 20/20mb drones
Guristas...... 6-6-5 . (4 launchers)..25% drone velocity...4% sh resist ..10% drone HP/damage...125/325mb drones
Sansha ........... 7-6-5 ....(6 Turrets)..25% damage...... 7.5% tracking .... 5% damage.....25/25mb drones
Serpentis ......... 7-5-7 ....(6 Turrets)...25% damage ... 10%falloff ...5% web strength ....50/50mb drones
Blood Raider.....7-5-7..... (4 Turrets)....100% damage.....15%neut amount ..10% web range bonus .....50/50mb drones

I have given the Blood raider bc lower web range as i think 15km is very strong at bc level so 20km would be OP i think
Angel bc i have reduced the normal 10% to 7.5%falloff as its a little OP
I've given the Gurista bc a drone bonus in exchange for missile velocity as a brawler doesn't need it and its a droneboat so..

Machariel i have reduced the normal 10% to 7.5%falloff as its a little OP
I've given the Rattlesnake a drone bonus in exchange for missile velocity as a brawler doesn't need it and its a droneboat so..

'Tech3 ships need to be put down, like a rabid dog drooling everywhere in the house, they are out of line' CCP Ytterbium Nerf missile range into place where is the TD missile change?  ..projectiles should use capacitor. ABC's should be T2 HABC and nerf web strength its still too high

But the additional 8th turret isn't OP? 12.5% more dps is ok but 12.5% falloff isnt?
You have an interesting take on balance...

I think, when they do get around to pirate destroyers and battlecruisers, that it will be a good opportunity for CCP to offer an alternative flavour for each pirate faction. The primary weapon choices could easily stay the same, but the way it's used could change.

Wut? so it's turrets or GTFO.... As a missile user it would be nice to have ship that has launchers as a primary weapon system, and bonuses to reflect that.

Guristas, Angels, True Sanshas, Caldari and Republic Navies all have faction launchers so they'd be a good start for sure

mm.. well i did half its drones so should be similar dps.

Adding another turret to the mach while leaving the same amount of hardpoints on the rattler, not bias at all.

Already 2 laser-BS in the proces to be ruined ( Apoc and Geddon losing cap bonus on lasers ) and you are proposing to kill the Nightmare with increasing by 50% its cap use to fire? NO!!!

Well fixing lasers is a different story but i left a utility high atm it has only 4 turrets with 3 utility highs now that is just unbalanced you see.
Also since its shield based its easier to put cap relays in the lows aswell as having a cap booster and a nos... but again they need to fix laser cap use irrelevant of the NM being rebalanced.

Lol ... its a droneboat without any useful missile bonuses atm or in my proposal so whats the difference .. on the mach the damage bonuses/ROF can easily to reduced besides the drone reduction already but a utility high on an kiting ship with medium drones seems a bit unnecessary in my view... thats all no bias in particular.....

Well thats a CCP thing to change if they wish but guristas is the only missile user atm and its bonuses for missile velocity don't make much sense on a brawling droneboat ..... or is that just me?
But anyway caldari have 2 navy missile users and no hybrid boat like a navy rokh same with navy bc and navy cruisers so its hardly a consistent no missiles in faction ships theme.
