Stleath Bomber wings?

Do these exist? I've (unfortunately) never been in a large fleet battle so this may seem a dumb question to some. But do Corps and Alliances use wings of Covert Ops bombers to weaken enemy fleets before the main fleet strikes?

I'm imagine 10-15 bombers cloaked and getting 35-40km away from a fleet, de-cloaking, launching their bombs and warping away before anyone can target them.

I ask because I've trained my Covert Ops skills for an exploration frigate but am looking into the skills to fly a fitted bomber as well. But it's not a solo ship and only lasts moments in a straight up fight, so bomber wings would work best.

Yes! There a quite a few SB wings, and even a non allied one who take anyone on roams. You can join the channel Bombers Bar for more info about it or have a read here: http://themittani.com/features/bombers-bar

Yes, check channel bomber bar. You don't have to join anything they just form fleets and go hunting.

Yes, they do exist. Some people actually specialize in them.
