Is a tool which scrapes the cache and provides me witha copy & pastable figure outside of eve client as soon as my market order is beaten a bannable offence. Reading the EULA I'd say it's not and I'm just looking for some conformation. I'm entering the figure by hand via ctrl C & ctrl V.

It violates the EULA but won't get you banned at least until fall.

because going through your orders and flicking the scroll wheel is too hard?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

An unenforceable TOS violation is unenforceable. Short of making 20 market updates in a minute, there's no observable server-side metric that can make click-click distinguishable from no-click when gathering market information.

CCP has said that they are only going after people who are obviously trying to cheat.
