This, well we have confirmation that the account has been permabanned.....

I for one wont be speaking to anyone in game ever and every person that i see saying offensive things in local, a petition will be logged.

You could have trolled him with ltierally anything else and at worst you would have gotten gagged for a while, but you said the only thing stupid enough to get you banned. Doesn't threatening to report someone unless they pay isk also count as stepping outside the magic circle? I suppose there's nothing unusual about reporting someone for breaking the rules, but when you offer to overlook someone's rule-breaking in exchange for a bribe... That seems like it's probably against the rules. Also, if reporting someone counts as an out-of-game activity, I suppose you could report them for offering third party services for in-game currency.
