Grind a different agent in the same corp eventually your corp standings rise enough that he becomes available again.

90% of of the time my posts are about something I actually find interesting and want to learn more about. Do not be alarmed.

i checked the agent and he require -2.0 or better personal standing. Thanks god that diplomacy is only 3 and in 19 hrs ill raise it above magical -2.0 by then

but if there is another way of increasing agent standings ....

Fleet members do share corporation and agent standings gains in missions, so that may be the only way to repair an individual agent's standing. Let someone else accept the mission, and then share the rewards, that should pull you back above the -2 level at some point, which whould let your faction standing start accessing that same agent directly.

Yeah, only 2 ways to regain standing with that agent, train Diplomacy skill or fleet with someone else who has accepted mission from that agent and share rewards.

Is it actually 50-50?

Split 2 ways in a 2 man fleet, in normal missions, yes. In storyline missions, the person who pulled gets majority of corp and agent standings. Faction standings are not shared.

Ouch!! I have never had cause to pay any particular attention to my agent standings, so this is pretty outstanding.

What did you do, get the agent's daughter pregnant or something?

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

50-50? As in either training Diplomacy skill or fleeting up with another character?

Yeah, but if the player continues to decline missions during the 4 hour 'Cool down' timer with that specific agent, eventually the Diplomacy skill will be max trained and won't help anymore. Then the only option left will be to fleet up with another character who has mission offer from that specific agent and share rewards.

Completing missions for another agent in the same corporation won't help increase standing with that specific agent.

After gaining access to that specific agent, either through Diplomacy skill or fleeting up with another player, train up the Social and Negotiation skills asap. That will help increase standing gain reward and hopefully build up a buffer.

The best recourse is to have a couple of other same level agents in the same corporation and division, then alternate between them whenever you have need to decline a mission offer.

Tip: With high Agent, Corp and Faction standings, the agent should offer more of the type of missions that were previously accepted and completed.
