Character trading on sisi?

Hey jsut wondering if character trading is allowed on sisi (for free maybe?)

Im sure there are plenty of people out there with test server characters they dont want and wouldnt mind giving to a scrub like me and I'd love to be able to test more stuff than the bc's I can fly atm.
