Yes, so it releases in October... I may not be living where I am currently in October.

I'd love to order it right now, but not if there is going to be a shipping mix up 6 months down the line.

Will these preorders be available until then or is there a limited number of copies that will be released that I should focus on purchasing now?

Please help clarify CCP.

I think Spitfire formatted his last post a little weird, but it sounds like this indeed will be an actual limited edition (*tinfoil* or they could just be saying that to get your monies to fund eve movie development *tinfoil*)

Can CCP confirm that this is indeed a different book than the EVE: Source one? I'm fairly sure it is but confirmation would be nice

I'm also interested if the pod is a one-time item. It doesn't make much sense if it's a one-time thing since you would see it for a fraction of a second but again, confirmation either way would be wonderful

This Im gonna be moving out in september and can't be sure my current address will be able to forward any mail on. Will we get an email just before it is shipped to let us know to change our shipping addresses?

First of all, apologies for the brevity and/or general borkedness of the previous answer -- sitting in the airport at 6am after the Fanfest party and typing on an iPad is an error-prone process. Straight

This collectors edition will be limited in terms of copies produced; i.e. once they're gone, they're gone.

Yes, these are two different books: EVE Source is more focused on the art and lore, while the book in the collectors edition is based on the player-driven history and the community of EVE Online.

You can change your shipping address in your account section of the EVE Store at any point before the box starts to ship -- which is currently scheduled for October. As mentioned above, the number of copies is limited, so i

If we want the other items but not the pod, is there an option not to use it when the code is used? Are the pod and the non-ship items "consumables" that can be traded?

good to know since i just pre ordered from amazon, look forward to that email then, since all i got so far was order confirmation and don't see code like things on that, just standard amazon stuff
