Can't Generate An API

Just returning to the game, and completely lost.
Last time i came back this was easily resolved with the use of EVEMon. Upon retrieving an updated API for use, I noticed the way they are handled have change. However when I go to create a customized API, it doesn't submit. It just showing me the page, but not allowing me to MAKE an API.

Is this a current issue... or am i missing something?

I was having the same issue for about 30 mins (that i noticed) but then it started working again about 20 mins ago

WTF CCP why did you have to go and do (insert latest c*ck up here) bad form!!
