Same boat here moving to japan next week.

I suppose i could send it to my parents in the uk but thats pretty poor if you ask me.

They dont even deliver to where i currently live. The old store may have cost a bomb but they delivered.

Besides it's not like they need to know the tax code as the receiver is responsible for paying that.

Quick solution: find someone in the US to buy and ship it to you. Problem solved.

That's not a problem solved, that's a problem created.

And it's not just me this is about as I can if needed send it to my parents back home (who will have to pay the tax, etc, then send it to Japan...), but you also got quite a few native Japanese players that don't really have either option.

I managed to get the Eve Store to ship to a US based forwarding service.

Gonna pay through the nose for the service, but when you want something and your options are limited, there is little choice.

Used a paypal verified account to pay for the CE sets.

Amusingly, they don't ship to NZ either. Thought about using a Freight Forwarded but I emailed Musterbrand instead. A day later they have added NZ as a shipping destination. Sometimes the oddest things happen, eh?
