EvE Collectors edition question!

Going to be getting this on Tuesday.

Can anyone confirm if the DUST 514 items such as the Suits and weapons are permanent or is there a limited number?

AKA: Are they blueprints?

The guy on stage said that the suits (and maybe other bits) would be permanent, whether that's a BP or some other method of permanence, I don't know.
