Collectors Edition on Amazon

I (and a few other players), have noticed that on the amazon page for the collectors edition, the Nefantar thrasher and other pre-order bonuses aren't spoken about. Can someone confirm if the pre-order stuff will come if I buy from amazon?

And I also ask the same about the limited edition assets that are included.

CCP should classify items as "special edition" (unique item) or "limited" (unique item that will not be released to the game again). I mean, for all we know the special BC may be released as a Christmas gift or something down the line... As of now it's very confusing to understand if an item is actually valuable or not.

What about the collectors edition on the amazon.ca site. can find it on the us one but not CA. would be nice to get it that way as likely ordering from eve store will double the cost for duty and customs fees.

With at least some being re-injected into the game it increases the possibility of it happening, even in only still in very limited quantities.

Any chance of unlocking the US item so it will ship outside the US? The eve store does not to ship to Asia, and has no plans to as per customer support.

Will not ship to Canada from Amazon either, I hope CCP can rectify this issue.

It would be nice not having to rely on states friends to bounce the shipment back to Canada or double the purchase costs on Zero Zero store.
