Phobia. [FEAR] is currently a heavy USTZ PVP alliance based in Curse NPC 0.0. Our only focus is PVP, improving our PVP, and creating PVP content for our members. We have a small group of EUTZ players in all of our USTZ corps, and would like to top off our alliance with a solid EUTZ PVP corp. With that said, here is what Phobia is about, and what we're looking for in a corporation.

USTZ 80% EUTZ 20% (hence wanting a EU corp)
PVP is our only priority
Small - Medium gang PVP, average gang size of 10-15, but as small as 5 and as large as 30 at times
T1 Cruiser, T3, Tier 3 BC, Black Ops, we fly around 5 different fleet comps on a regular basis
Competent FC's and members to fly with, you don't need to hold hands in Phobia.
Great space to roam. Curse has a high volume of traffic, and the surrounding regions are active for killing.
Logistics made easy. Phobia delivers its members our fleet comp ships to our home from Jita.
Being the best, having fun doing it, and always finding ways to improve our PVP are our core values.
No sov, ever. Screw sov, we left it to do what we do today.
We don't blue people, we have an exception at the moment with 0utbreak, but other than that, no blues.
No drama. Our alliance is drama free, everyone works well together, and we want to keep it that way.

Our Ideal Match
EUTZ heavy corporation
PVP focused, we don't want anyone who wants to carebear in any form
Self sufficient with ISK, you must be able to support yourself. Our location is not ideal for making ISK.
At least one solid FC comfortable with small and medium sized gang warfare.
Competent members, we don't want to teach people how to PVP, we expect them to know how.
30-50 members, at least 20 active, this would be enough to complete our alliance to the point where it is large enough to have some wiggle room with fleet comps, but still stay small enough to where people aren't just a "number"
Solid KB stats, at least above a 70% efficiency.
