You must work freight or something. I used to live solely on hot pockets and fried chicken for years but I stayed in shape because I was pushing 140 cases/h.

Actually, I sit on my arse all day and the only exercise I do is walk (Not as in a jog; as in what we do to get around.)
A family member of mine eats a bit healthier and places luggage etc. in airplanes all day and HE is the chubby one at 200ish.

sorry to ruin the circle jerk but, honestly it is just beef with salt and pepper. The patties are small enough that they dehydrate before they rot. as for the bun, well **** dunno if I can explain that, although it is toasted so it should have little moisture.

yea, lot of crappy fast food now adays. I use to get mickey d's alot when I was young and I was overweight. Now that I am older though and don't eat any I'm in the best shape of my life. to be fair though I work a laborious job now.
I would say if your looking for fast food, look for a place that uses fresh ingredients. I prefer sandwich joints myself.

Yeah, what is that weird body feeling you get after a McDonald's meal? Kind of an odd plasticky sensation in the digestive tract. I only get that from McD food. Not that it stops me from eating there once in a while....
