My very first experience of amazement in EVE was my very first warp jump and the fanfest presentation reminded me of that moment in a very good way.

New jumping animation just completely rocks. Ive always wanted to feel like im traveling from system to system so it feels like they are connected. Right now its more like going from room to room through doors and instances. Thanks CCP such a great visual.

The demo damn-near brought a tear to my eye. I just hope something similar is done with w-space and undocking... seemless universal glory!

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!

That new effect looks amazing!
The first thing I'm going to do after the expansion release is jump through a gate. And back. A 'few' times....Big smile

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

Do you know if the same jump animation will work with wormholes as well or is it just for stargates?

I guess most of public presented during keynote did not play/see TERA - otherwise they'd say "meh" instead of applauding because TERA's travel warp animation is much (much!) better. And it's not even space game.

TERA did have a cool animation but youre wrong about how much people would have cheered still. This is EVE. This is OUR game. We made it into what it is today. And seeing cool **** like that get added to our game is always amazing.

yea the new stargate animation looks beast i got a nerd boner lol but the scanners gunna be too easy to use now even though it totally rocks!
